How to place an order?
Upload your picture (any good quality image like PNG or JPEG will do). In the comments, specify the desired size or select it using the sliders in the calculator above. Select the service type ("Digital Design" or "Design & Embroidery"), leave your phone number with a messenger, and click "Submit".
How does the ordering and payment process work?
You submit a request via the form on the site. We review the files and details, then contact you via messenger (Viber, Telegram, or WhatsApp) for confirmation. Next, we generate a personal order page with an online payment link. You can pay instantly using any bank card worldwide, as well as via Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Why is the 50% digitizing discount only valid when ordering physical embroidery?
When you order physical embroidery or patches from us, we offer a 50% discount on digitizing. Please note: in this case, you receive finished embroidered products, but the digital machine file itself is not provided to you.
Can I get both physical patches and the digitized file?
Yes, but the 50% discount will not apply. You pay full price for digitizing and separately for physical embroidery production. You will then receive both the physical patches and the digitized machine file in your required format (DST, PES, etc.).
What kind of image should I provide?
Any standard high-quality image or photo will work (PNG, JPEG). The main requirement is that all details and elements you want embroidered are clearly visible.
Can I order a tiny 4x4 cm patch with a complex detailed portrait?
No. High level of detail (such as human portraits, animal fur, or fine text) is physically impossible at small sizes. For complex detailed artwork, the size should be approximately 10x10 cm or larger.
What backing options are available for patches?
We offer 4 backing choices: Velcro (Hook & Loop), Iron-on (Heat-seal), Sew-on (No backing), or Flexible Magnet. The backing selection is already included in the embroidery price.
How is the price calculated?
The digitizing fee depends solely on artwork complexity (4 levels). The physical embroidery cost is calculated using the online calculator based on physical area (width × height) regardless of design complexity.
Can you reject an order?
Yes, we reserve the right to decline any order. We strictly refuse illegal symbols (swastikas, Nazi imagery, etc.), images directly infringing on copyrights (like official brand logos without authorization), or inappropriate content.
Do you produce large bulk orders (1000+ pieces)?
No. We position ourselves as a custom craft studio: we digitize high-quality files and embroider small runs (from 1 to 5–10 pieces). For mass production of thousands of identical patches, factory suppliers are a better fit. We focus on premium quality and custom work.
Is there a bulk discount for ordering 5–10 items?
Unfortunately, there are no discounts on first-time orders. However, after every completed purchase, you automatically receive a promo code for a discount on your next order. The discount percentage directly depends on your current order total: the larger the current check, the higher your discount on the next purchase.
